Cafe Renovation + Airbnb Concept

Client bought a property in April/May 2023 for a cafe concept, plus airbnb above cafe. I offered paint choices for both exterior and interior, sourced furnishings, created a modern design, sourced accessories, decor and more. Client wanted a boho design/feel.

I worked with their small budget — stretching every dollar to find sourcing that was modern and fresh. I managed to furnish and design a 3 bedroom apartment space just under $8,000 including new mattresses.

Budget was extremely small: Cafe: $8,000 Airbnb 3 Bedroom: $8,000. Their vibe and design request was boho colorful (oranges, greens, purples, wood tones and red) with a plant twist. The cafe's intention is to be a gathering spot for remote workers and locals — that have the option of ordering food from their "vending machine concept".
