STAGING/NEW CONSTRUCTION

Staging: Following an in-person consultation, we’ll provide a report that offers detailed recommendations and advice about how to prepare your property or listing for sale and transform it to hit the market.

What’s included for home staging:

In-person or virtual consultation and detailed written report with recommendations for:

  • Decluttering & depersonalizing

  • Furniture placement or removal (property owner or realtor responsible)

  • Curb appeal

  • Paint colors

  • Updates and repairs

  • Styling tips

  • Additional items to consider purchasing: furniture, accessories, lighting fixtures (to be sourced by the property owner).

  • Furniture selection & ordering (30-day minimum on furniture rentals)

  • Full install & design execution (decor and accessories provided)

  • Works for on-site living or vacant properties for sale

 

Model Home/Staging: Create a “designer look” without the designer price. Model home staging will cost far less than the hassle and upfront costs of a traditional designer approach (and purchasing/storing furniture).

What’s included for new construction / model home / new builds:

  • Custom Models: We work with your team to curate a custom model. Décor can be leased for a term of six months with the option to extend. With custom models, everything is approved by the client in advance and can be purchased instead of leased if that is preferred. This service can include the entire home or just the decision-making spaces.
     

  • Staged Models: This service is available for 45, 60 or 90-day installations. We rent our staging furnishings and décor. Best suited for spec properties or for houses that are not represented as a model in an existing community.
